These claims are usually framed in a way that creates urgency and fear, making it seem as though a simple snack could pose a serious threat. The language used in these articles is often more about grabbing attention than presenting balanced information. They are a traditional food enjoyed around the world, and their reputation is far more stable when viewed through the lens of scientific research rather than online trends.
